Unit looks to be in good condition. We put power on it and go a nice little hum. Don't really know how to test any further.

Palletizing of items will cost $20 per pallet, and will consist of the following procedure: There is no charge if we can just load it onto your truck.
Item will be centered as best to our ability on skid, banded down with metal strapping bands (minimally 1 strap per item) and the unit shrink wrapped. Depending on our assessment of the item being shipped we may decide to add a layer of "protective" cardboard but this is dependent on the individual composition of the unit. We will also load the item onto your truck. Some over sized, / international / or special request items will require a custom built / modified pallet and we will put the price in the auction details. We prefer not to crate so if you want crating performed be prepared to pay a premium for this service. The cost again is dependent on the item being shipped.
* FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Cashiers checks or personal checks, Cash on pickup, or Credit Cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Discover)... Basically what ever way you want to pay, we will take it. Massachusetts residents will be charged 5.00% sales tax as required by Massachusetts law.
* SHIPPING AND HANDLING: CER will assist with standard shipping methods to facilitate rapid processing of your order; however, if you have special shipping requests (specific carriers, crating of items, particular packing necessities) etc please write to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Again, CER reserves the right to charge for specialized shipping needs.
* SMALL PACKAGES: We generally will use either FED EX, USPS or UPS to ship small packages. We PREFER to ship all your won packages on your UPS or FED EX account. If you can provide us with your account information (Account Number) there will be no charge for packing or shipping. Your invoice will show shipping as free. We usually do not put insurance on our items, but if you would like insurance, please let me know. This is a very imperfect world so please strongly consider taking insurance on shipments to cover any issues that could arise during shipping. We have not had many shipping problems in the past but on occasion minor issues arise. As a new practice we tend to photo our items prior to mailing to avoid any claim confusion via insurance should there ever be a need. Small packages (ones that will safely fit into a box), will be carefully packaged so they will arrive safe and sound.
* FREIGHT: Freight pick ups, paperwork and costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. CER recommends the use of FreightQuotes.com to arrange shipping of your won items. You can pay freightquote with a credit card for all charges or you can set up an account with them. We are happy to work with you by providing weights and dimensions for you to research the cost to ship to your location. When researching the freight costs please use 01452 as the ship from zip code and also please keep in mind there is a flat $20 charge per skid as stated above. If you use your own Freight company please have the dispatcher or shipping coordinator provide us with Bill Of Ladings prior to pick up, or be sure the driver will have this paper work. Generally they can email the BOL's and we can print and place them on the freight.
